Home Delivery: 1-4 working days –
Delivery periods start after 24 working hours from the date of purchase. Understandably, the working days are from Sunday to Thursday. Friday, Saturday and public holidays are counted towards the delivery periods. National, regional and local holidays, as well as holidays are observed in the markets where our warehouse/logistics centers are located.
During periods of special promotions, deliveries may be delayed by 48 business hours. Potential delivery delays can occur for a variety of reasons, such as product modification, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, and when the delivery area is rural or remote.
Unless there are circumstances arising from product modification or unforeseen or unusual circumstances, we will send the order to you within the time specified on the website of the chosen delivery method, and in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date the order is confirmed. Shipping Policy
1) Overview of Delivery Services
At CE Outfits, we deliver orders to customers within Saudi Arabia, gulf countries Europe and America and, where applicable, to selected international destinations. Orders are processed after payment confirmation and are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
2) Local Delivery Terms
- Local delivery is available within all Saudi cities.
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including phone number and any relevant details (
- building name, floor, etc.).
- If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incorrect, delivery may be delayed or cancelled, and additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
- Delivery may not be available to certain remote areas.
3) International Delivery Terms
- International shipping is available to GCC, Europe , middle east and America.
- The customer is responsible for providing a correct address and contact details.
- International orders may be subject to customs checks, delays, or restrictions based on the destination country’s regulations.
- If an international shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the order, any return shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

6) Shipping / Courier Partners
We ship orders using trusted courier partners such as Aramex. We reserve the right to change courier partners when needed to ensure reliable service.
7) Customs Duties & Import Taxes (International Shipments)
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. These fees are set by the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless stated otherwise.
8) Proof of Delivery
A proof of delivery may be required upon receipt (signature, OTP, or confirmation via courier).
Customers must keep any signed delivery confirmation or receipt provided by the courier.
9) Condition of Goods on Receipt
Customers are advised to check the package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, opened, or incomplete, please report it immediately to the courier and contact us the same day.
If an item is received damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery, and provide photos of the item and packaging.
